The Additional Data Line dialog box appears when you click Add Additional Data Line on the Edit Covenant Statement page.

If the covenant statement will consist of numeric information, select the Numeric option. If the covenant will be set up as a yes or no question, select the Yes/No option. Note: The user will need to type Yes or No into the spreadsheet cell corresponding to that additional data line in order for the formula to work. |

Enter the number of decimal places that you want displayed. If you enter 0, the figure will be rounded to the nearest whole value. Please note that the value will be stored as a decimal number even if you choose to display a whole number. |
