The Balance Info dialog box appears when the statement is not in balance and shows where the imbalances exist.

Using This Dialog Box

From the client's historical statement, click the Balance link at the top of the screen. If the statement is in balance, you see a message saying so. Otherwise, the Balancing Info dialog box appears. Red numbers indicate an imbalance and the amount of the imbalance.
