The Comments - All report groups all comments about a particular client into one document that is uniformly formatted for ease of use. The report comes in two basic formats: historical and projection.

The Comments - All report is made up of different sections with sections headers specific to either the historical or the projection reports; if a specific section doesn't have anything in it, that header is skipped entirely.
