The Currency Conversion dialog box appears when you choose to convert a period's data to a different currency using an exchange rate that you provide.

Field Details

1. Type the name of the new currency in the New Currency field.

2. Type the exchange rate in the Exchange Rate field.

3. In the Treat Exchange Rate As area, select either the Multiplier or the Divisor radio button, depending on whether the application should multiply the current data by the exchange rate or divide the current data by the exchange rate.

4. Click the Convert button (which is not activated until you change the exchange rate from 0.0).
