Overview

You can locate topics in this online help system using the table of contents, index, search, or browse features. You can then choose to view the topic online or output it to a printer.

Contents Feature

You can browse for a topic using the table of contents.

  1. Click the Contents button in the upper-left section of this window to display the table of contents in the left pane (if it's not already visible).

  2. Click the icon to the left of a section name to expand it and view the topics underneath.

  3. Click the topic you want to view to display it in the right pane.

Index Feature

You can locate a topic using the index feature, which is an alphabetical list of keywords that link to a topic within the help system.

  1. Click the Index button in the upper-left section of this window to display the index in the left pane (if it's not already visible).

  2. Type the word or phrase for which you are seeking help.

  3. Click the topic you want to view to display it in the right pane.

Search Feature

You can search for a topic using the search feature, which provides full-text searching of all topics in the help system.

  1. Click the Search button in the upper-left section of this window to display the Search in the left pane (if it's not already visible).

  2. Type the word or phrase for which you are seeking help.

  3. Click the topic you want to view to display it in the right pane.

Browse Feature

You can browse for a topic using the browse buttons located in the left pane below the toolbar.

  1. Click the next-topic button in the upper-left section of this window to display the next topic in the right pane.

  2. Click the previous-topic button in the upper-left section of this window to display the previous topic in the right pane.

Note: If a browse button is disabled, you have reached the start or end of the list.

Print Feature

You can print a topic on your default printer using the Print Topic button located at the bottom of each topic.

  1. Click the Print Topic button at the bottom of the help topic.

  2. Select the desired print options in the standard Microsoft Windows Print dialog box that appears.

  3. Click the OK button to print the topic.

Note: Many topics in this help file contain expanding text links. To print the help topic, including the expanding text, click on all the expanding text links in the topic to expand them before clicking the Print Topic button.
