You can access the Report and Print Options dialog box to edit general, report, and print options. The default settings are defined by your system administrator and apply globally across the system. However, you can overwrite these settings for a specific client by selecting options on the Report and Print Options dialog box. The settings for other clients will not be affected by the changes you make here. The following actions can be performed:
Define report options (for example, header format, common size report format, RMA peer report format).
Define print options (for example, paper size, page margins, and fonts).
