Additional data lines allow you to enter extra information for the periods that are used in the covenant calculations.

You can add the name of an additional data line to the formula of a covenant

To add an additional data line value to a covenant:

1. Complete steps 1 through 7 of the Adding and Editing Covenants procedure.

2. Include the appropriate additional data line value in the Formula field.

3. Click OK when you are finished configuring the covenant.
