You can access the Client Profile section to add and view profile information for a client.
You can access the Add Client Profile dialog box to add profile information for a new client. The Add Client Profile dialog box is displayed by the system after you have added a new client using the Add Client dialog box. You can access the Edit Client Profile dialog box to edit profile information for an existing client.
For more information on the RMA Submission portion of the Client Profile dialog box, see your administrator.

button) and choose Edit to
bring up the Client Profile section in edit mode.
