The NAICS Lookup dialog box appears when you click the NAICS lookup button in the Client Profile section. The NAICS code or codes that you select here will be displayed in the Client Profile section and will be used for RMA submission purposes.

Field Details

Use the NAICS Lookup dialog box as follows:

1. To search by code, select the Code radio button and then enter part of or an entire code in the For box. To search by description, select the Description radio button and then enter part of or an entire description in the For box.

2. In the For text box, enter either a code or a description, depending on whether you selected Code or Description. You can leave this field blank to bring up a list of all codes and descriptions.

3. Click the Search button to bring up the list of resulting NAICS codes.

4. Click the desired NAICS to select it, and then click OK to enter this NAICS in the Client Profile section.

You can sort the results by any of the columns (Code, Description, or RMA) by clicking the column head. Click again to reverse the sort.

Note: The RMA column in the search results indicates whether RMA data exists for the NAICS.
