To locate and open a client record, you can use either the Search flyout or the Recent flyout. On the right side of the application window, move your mouse very slowly (or hover) over the Search or Recent tab for a few seconds to open the appropriate flyout. (If this method does not work, try clicking the tab).

Search Flyout

To find a client, you can look at the Search flyout, which allows you to search by list and click on a client name to jump to the client record (you can choose which piece of the client record you want to jump to — the client's historical statement, for example). See Search flyout for details.

Recent Flyout

To find a client, you can look at the Recent flyout, which presents a list of the client records that you have most recently viewed. You can then click on a client name to jump to the client record (you can choose which piece of the client record you want to jump to — the client's historical statement, for example).
